Step-by-step
How to Get ASATEEL Certification
STEP 1
Company Registration
- Visit the official ASATEEL portal and create an account.
- Provide your company's trade license details, ensuring all information matches the official documentation.
- Verify contact information using the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered email and mobile number.
STEP 2
Vehicle Registration
- Log in to the ASATEEL portal.
- Register your vehicles by entering the Traffic Code Number (TC Number) from your Vehicle Registration Card.
- Verify ownership and mark vehicles as "Ready for Installation."
STEP 3
OBU Installation and Certification
- Install ASATEEL-approved On-Board Units (OBUs), such as GPS tracking devices, on all registered vehicles from Truckoom Technologies.
- Obtain a Certificate of Installation for each vehicle after the OBU is successfully installed and activated.
STEP 4
Vehicle Permit Application
- Access the "Service Catalogue" in the ASATEEL platform and select "Vehicle Permit/NOC."
- Choose the appropriate category (Freight Transport or Passenger Transport).
- Upload required documents, including the trade license, Certificate of Installation, Vehicle Registration Card, and vehicle photos.
- Submit the application for review.
