Truckoom provides an online & mobile platform connecting freight shippers with carriers both individuals & transport companies for the cargo shipping. Shippers may submit request their load (Shipment) to be transported, while carriers can accept and reject those request. If accepted, they assign drivers to fulfil them, Shippers, Carriers & Drivers can all track & trace those loads. Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share & protect the information from our websites, application and other products & services.

Information Provided by You
We collect all the information provided by you through forms, sign up & registration, account logins, submit/accept requests of loads, customer support, or otherwise. This information may be in the form of name, company name, emails, mobile/phone numbers, addresses, business license details, driving license details, vehicle details, payment information, service ratings & reviews and any other information you may provide.
Information Obtained Through Use of Service
We gather the information collected through Your Use of Services on shipment requests and other related details on their fulfilment, including:
Shippers — If you are a shipper and place a load, we gather some details pertaining to your submission, including the date and time of your request, the addresses of origin and destination, the description of the shipment being shipped, the cost and other shipment detail.
Drivers — If you are a driver carrying a load on behalf of a transport company or carrier, we collect details pertaining to fulfilment of shipment request. We collect information on your location, assets in use, and all the relevant documents both paper based and digital.
Carriers — If you are a carrier, we gather information on in your bids for load requests, as well as information about your receipt and fulfilment of any loads, including vehicle & driver.
Third parties — All credit/debit cards' details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties. www.truckoom.com will not pass any debit/credit card details to third parties.
Location Information
Providing our users with services requires specific location information to be obtained. We may ask for permission to view your specific location as you download and use our mobile apps. We will obtain the precise location of your smartphone if you allow our mobile applications permission through your mobile operating system. We will use the obtained information to track loads and also learn the driving patterns and trends to provide carriers & drivers with jobs that are more likely to be relevant and suited to them and their drivers. From your IP address or phone number, we may also extract your location. We may also obtain location information from third parties such as carriers and shippers both involved in the fulfilment of any shipping request.
Photos
We may require you to submit photograph and images such as personal, vehicles etc. also upload documentation relating to the fulfilment of shipping requests such as licenses, certificates, legal documents, bills of lading, proof of deliveries etc. We may also require you to upload images of the load to be carried, for which, our applications would require permission to access the camera and gallery of your smartphone via permission system of your mobile operating system.
Automatically Retrieved information while using Our Services
We may automatically retrieve some information from you when you access our platforms and systems.
