Cancellation & Refund Policy

Truckoom is a pay-in advance service, and you may request to cancel any time. User may proceed to cancel their scheduled delivery through their account on our platform or by reaching out to Truckoom support team at support@truckoom.com or +971505217124.

User may cancel the delivery or the load at any time before it is assigned a driver or payment has been made by the user without incurring any cancellation fee. When user confirms the delivery after driver is assigned using any mode of payment, all parties are contracted to complete the delivery. If the user wishes to cancel, the following cancellation charges are applicable if the service is cancelled by the user in this case. Please note that it is dependent on time remaining to scheduled pick-up time declared by the user while submitting booking request.

Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment. You are advised to kindly allow 7 working days for the refunds transfer to be completed after it has been approved.
